Filing Applications for Correction:
When: January 4, 2021 to March 1, 2021. Online: Applications may be filed electronically with the same effect as filing on paper through AROW (Assessment Review on the Web) until 11:59 PM on March 1, 2021. Successful transmissions generate an Appeal Number immediately and an e-mail message after a short delay. If you do not receive an email confirming the filing of your appeal within 48 hours, please fill in the contact information below. Be sure to include the section, block, & lot in the comments section, so that ARC’s customer service can contact you.
Mail: Address mail to the Assessment Review Commission, 240 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY 11501. Mail must be post marked by the USPS, or a private carrier designated by the IRS, no later than 11:59 PM on March 1, 2021.
By Hand: 240 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY 11501, from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday, except Martin Luther King’s, Abraham Lincoln’s and George Washington’s birthdays.
