If you are a homeowner who disagrees with the new tentative property tax assessment on your residence you may dispute the assessed value between January 2, 2018 and March 10, 2018.

REMEMBER: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY A LAW FIRM
OR AGENCY TO FILE A GRIEVANCE

Legislator Rhoads invites you to attend this workshop to help you file a property tax assessment grievance application. At the workshop, a representative from the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission will show residents how to use Assessment Review’s online tools to file a challenge online or via mail. Reservations are not necessary.
